Bio-based adhesives for wind turbine blades: matching performance with lower impact
The transition towards more sustainable wind energy systems requires innovation not only in energy generation, but also in the materials…
BLADE2CIRC will develop a circular and greener alternative to traditional wind turbine blade designs. It will increase the share of high-performance bio-based composite materials with enhanced recyclability.
BLADE2CIRC is a Research and Innovation Action project with a duration of 42 months and 4,6M€, funded by the European Union’s Framework Programme for Research and Innovation, Horizon Europe.
A unique consortium coordinated by Aitiip, which consists os 11 partners from different European countries.
The consortium includes 5 research institutes, 5 companies and 1 University.
